At Java House, we take pride in the quality of our beans and brews, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on non-perishable items and unopened coffee bags.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Safely package the unopened coffee or unused equipment in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
